Founder Richard Jantz to Lead Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services for the Tri-State Region

New York, February 13, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm has acquired Integrity Consulting Group, a real estate project management consulting firm located in Manhattan. In addition to the acquisition, the founder of Integrity Consulting Group, Richard Jantz will lead Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services (PDS) group for the Tri-State Region as an Executive Managing Director and report directly to John Santora, Vice Chairman, President of the New York Tri-State Region

Cushman & Wakefield’s PDS group has been a core service line for the firm providing project management and development expertise for several hundred million square feet of commercial office development, corporate headquarters, financial centers, high technology, hospitality, government, and educational facilities around the world for over 50 years.

A classically trained architect, Richard Jantz brings 20 years of commercial real estate project management experience to his new role at Cushman & Wakefield. Before founding his own firm with his wife, Leslie Jantz, Richard worked as a Senior Vice President at JLL, where he led the project management strategic planning in support of the renovation of Madison Square Garden. Prior, Richard was at Quartararo & Associates, Inc. where he implemented a management and operations strategy for the firm as it grew and expanded to over 50 employees. Richard led the team that constructed Time Warner Center including the one million square foot condominium for the Time Warner business units and the 2.7 million square foot tower.
