Woodcliff Lake, NJ, December 14, 2017 – Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. announced today that it served as the exclusive advisor to Hudson Equities Management Corp. (the “Sponsor”) in arranging $26.23 million of financing secured by 300 Tice Boulevard (the “Property”) located in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. The four-year, floating rate financing was provided by Streamline Realty Funding. Cushman & Wakefield successfully marketed the transaction and secured multiple offers for the Sponsor. The Sponsor eventually picked Streamline Realty Funding as they offered attractive loan proceeds, future funding to renovate and continue to lease the building, and a compelling all in rate.

Built in 1989, the Property totals 240,291 square feet and is currently 78.5% occupied. The Property is leased to tenants from a diverse set of industries including the auto, pharmaceutical, and financial services industry. Additionally, the Property offers easy access to and from the state’s primary north/south highway, the Garden State Parkway, and is within close proximity to I-80, I-287, the New Jersey Turnpike/I-95, and NYC.

A Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt and Structured Finance team of John Alascio, Sridhar Vankayala and Andre Hass represented the Sponsor in the transaction.
