Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Lease for Fabrique Bakery in Manhattan for U.S. Expansion

New York, NY – May 28, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged a 1,600-square-foot lease for Fabrique Bakery at 348 West 14th Street in Manhattan’s Meatpacking District.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Wes Rudes together with Elyse Schindler-Candella represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, RWN Management, LLC was represented by Chris Owles of Sinvin Realty.

“This is the first location in the U.S. for the Swedish bakery, and we were thrilled to facilitate their expansion into the U.S. market,” said Wes Rudes of Cushman & Wakefield. “With approximately twenty locations in Stockholm and London, they are becoming a well known global family business.”

Fabrique Bakery, a Swedish company, is well known for their sourdough bread and cinnamon buns. The global chain was founded eleven years ago in Stockholm and the business has since grown to twenty locations in Stockholm and London. The bakery is located down the street from the 14th Street Subway Station with access to the A, C, E and L trains.
