Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Lease for JAG-ONE Physical Therapy in Staten Island, N.Y.

3,300-Square-Foot Commitment Expands Chain’s Tri-State Area Presence

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y., July 31, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield  has arranged a 3,300-square-foot lease for outpatient physical and occupational therapy company JAG-ONE Physical Therapy located at Amboy Shopping Center on 4343 Amboy Road in Staten Island, N.Y. Retail leasing specialists David Townes and Alana Friedman, based in the commercial real estate services firm’s East Rutherford, N.J. office, represented the tenant in the lease transaction. Global Realty Services’ Howard Seidenfeld represented the landlord.

JAG-ONE Physical Therapy is New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania’s leader in physical therapy for the recovery of knee, foot, ankle, hip, shoulder, elbow and back injuries. “We are extremely pleased to have assisted JAG-ONE Physical Therapy in selecting the right location for its newest Staten Island facility,” said Townes. “This new state-of-the-art location will serve patients with a variety of physical therapy needs, ranging from post-operative care and rehabilitation to fitness services.”
