Stamford, CT – February 12, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm has arranged lease agreements at two properties located in Shelton, CT. Lanxess, a leading specialty chemicals company leased 28,962± SF at 2 Armstrong Road and Barrington Media Group has leased 17,948± SF at 4 Armstrong Road.

The firm’s brokerage team of Michael Dillon and Kevin Foley represented the landlord, Rugby Realty in the transaction.
