New York, NY – September 17, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged a long-term, 16,200 square-foot lease for Almod Diamonds at 12 East 49th Street, also known as Tower 49®. The diamond company will occupy the entire 39th floor for their headquarters and back office starting in September.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Adam Nelson represented the tenant in the transaction. The landlord, Kato International LLC, was represented by Robert Bakst.
