Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Long-Term Lease for Innisfree at 750 Lexington Avenue

New York, NY – March 07, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the real estate services firm has arranged a long-term lease for Innisfree, a South Korean cosmetics brand, at 750 Lexington Avenue, one of the premiere retail corridors in the country. The space will become the brand’s second flagship location in the United States.

A Cushman & Wakefield team consisting of Executive Director Andrew Kahn and Senior Director Christian Stanton represented the tenant in the transaction.

“As Innisfree continues to grow its presence in the United States, the company will greatly advantage from premier visibility at 750 Lexington and tremendous daily foot traffic in proximity to this location,” said Christian Stanton of Cushman & Wakefield. “With Bloomingdale’s directly across the street, the property benefits from a diverse mix of neighboring affluent traffic generators, including 9.5 million-square-feet of office space within ¼ of a mile.”

750 Lexington Avenue provides a total of 4,500-square-feet of space, consisting of 1,600-square-feet on the ground level, 2,300-square-feet on the lower level and 600-square-feet of mezzanine space. The property also provides 25 feet of frontage on Lexington Avenue.

Located on Lexington Avenue between 59th and 60th streets, 750 Lexington Avenue is a prime retail opportunity offering Innisfree maximum exposure. Neighboring retail tenants include Bloomingdale’s, Zara and Sephora. The easily accessible property is steps away from the 4, 5, 6, N, Q and R  subway lines.
