New York, NY – August 27, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that the firm has arranged the sale of 228 Thompson Street, a five story, mixed-use building located in Greenwich Village, Manhattan. The final closing price was $14.3 million.
A Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team consisting of Senior Managing Director Hall Oster, Executive Managing Director Guthrie Garvin, Director Michael Gembecki and Director Teddy Galligan led the marketing efforts.
