Firm also kicking off marketing campaign for the building’s penthouse

New York, NY – April 3, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced that the real estate services firm has completed three transactions at Two Park Avenue totaling approximately 45,000 square feet. Additionally, the firm has commenced marketing of the 29-story building’s three penthouse floors, which combined, total more than 17,000 square feet.

A Cushman & Wakefield brokerage team of Tara Stacom, Mitch Arkin, David E. Green and Michael Tranfalia from the firm’s Agency Consulting Group has finalized lease agreements within the building for CreditSights, relocating from 470 Park Avenue South to 28,319 square feet on the 24th floor; The END Fund, relocating from 41 East 11th Street to 7,329-square-feet on the 18th floor; and Conductor, a subtenant that expanded in the building by 8,881 square feet.

A New York City landmark, Two Park Avenue was built in 1927 and designed by celebrated architect Ely Jacques Kahn, who at one time worked and lived in the building’s penthouse.

The building features an on-site parking garage and convenient access to Grand Central, Penn Station and many subway lines. The building’s lobby was meticulously renovated in 2011, and the building’s elevators have been recently replaced and fully-modernized. The current tenant makeup includes fashion, technology, legal firms and professional associations.
