Cushman & Wakefield Named Exclusive Sales Agent for Six-Story Commercial Townhouse in the Upper East Side

New York, NY – July 10, 2018 – Cushman & Wakefield today announced that the real estate services firm has been retained on an exclusive basis to sell a six-story commercial townhouse located at 23 East 67th Street. The asking price for the property is $45 million.

A Cushman & Wakefield team lead by Executive Managing Director Guthrie Garvin will be leading the marketing efforts for the 10,944-square-foot property.
