NEW YORK – Dec. 19, 2016 – Cushman & Wakefield, a global leader in commercial real estate services, announced today that Ed Wartels and Justin Halpern have joined the firm as Senior Directors. Wartels and Halpern will be based in the firm’s 1290 Avenue of the Americas offices; both joined from Cresa New York, where they served as Principals, Senior Vice Presidents.

Both have worked with tenants in the financial services, legal, media, technology, healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. Their client rosters include Zillow, Seeking Alpha, Context Relevant, Amazon.com, Year Up NY, and SpotXChange.
