H.J. Kalikow & Co., LLC Scores 48,500-Square-Foot Lease at 101 Park Avenue

New York, NY – March 12, 2019 – H.J. Kalikow & Co., LLC announced today that its trophy property, 101 Park Avenue, has completed a 48,500-square-foot, eleven-year lease with Alliant Insurance Services, Inc.  Alliant will occupy floors 12 and 14.

Cushman & Wakefield’s John Cefaly and Nicholas Dysenchuk, represented the landlord in the transaction.  Joseph Cabrera and David Glassman of Colliers International represented Alliant Insurance Services, Inc.
