Pay Wu Joins Cushman & Wakefield as Executive Managing Director of Strategic Consulting for the Tri-State Region

NEW YORK, January 28, 2019 – Cushman & Wakefield announced today that commercial real estate veteran, Pay Wu has joined the firm as an Executive Managing Director, Strategic Consulting for the Tri State Region. In this role, Ms. Wu will specialize in workplace and location strategy and the development of headquarters and regional master plan strategies throughout the Tri-State Region. She will be based at the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office.

Ms. Wu comes to Cushman & Wakefield with over 25 years of experience driving strategy, operations and global portfolio and workplace strategies for Fortune 500 companies. She most recently served as Senior Vice President, Head of North American Corporate Real Estate Client Relationship Management for TD Bank where she led portfolio strategy and workplace experience for TD businesses spanning 11MM SF. Previous to her position at TD Bank, she held roles at American Express and Deloitte Consulting, LLP. Pay additionally serves as a Senior Advisor for CoreNet Global NYC Board of Directors.
