Cushman & Wakefield to Market Three Multifamily Sites for Sale in the Bronx

NEW YORK, NY – August 26, 2019 — Cushman & Wakefield today announced that the real estate services firm has been retained on an exclusive basis to market three recently-renovated multifamily housing units for sale in the Bronx: 1144 Wheeler Avenue, 729 Noble Avenue and 318 East 160th Street

Jonathan Squires, Eric Roth, Michael Fioravanti, Josh Neustadter, Addison Berniker and Shayne Solton are representing the sellers in all marketing efforts.

“Our client’s completely free market buildings on Wheeler and Noble Avenues are an excellent opportunity for a first-time or seasoned investor to purchase a strong yield in a multifamily market effected by new regulations” said Jonathan Squires of Cushman & Wakefield.

1144 Wheeler Avenue is a recently-renovated two-story building with three three-bedroom units and one two-bedroom unit. The 3,440-square-foot property is located on the east side of Westchester and Watson Avenues.

729 Noble Avenue is a recently-renovated two-story building with five two-bedroom units. The 3,450-square-foot building is located on the west side of Noble Avenue between Lafayette and Seward Avenues.

318 East 160th Street is a 6,060-square-foot, recently-renovated eight-family apartment building with approved plans to convert to 10 units by dividing two of the already-existing apartments. The division of these apartments will allow the newly-created units to be stabilized at the new ‘first rent’ under the current DHCR laws.

These development sites are all within walking and short driving distances from different subway and commuter rail offerings, including the 2, 4, 5, 6, B and D trains, as well as Yankee Stadium.
